I think what we should really be looking for is specific
qualities in a coach and I will list some of them here :
1. The coach should be competitive himself os that he is able to instill the same spirit in his boys .
2. He should be a strategist and a good student of the game . He should be able to analyse the weakness and strength of his eam and the opponents .
3. He should be able to motivate the team to win every single game that it plays .
4. He should have real skill with the bat , ball or in the field and the ability to pass that skill to all members of the team .
5. He should be aware of the modern training methods .
6. He should be a thinking cricketer .
It should not matter if he is an Indian or not , its the qualities that we should be really looking after .
What do you think ?

I disagree completely with Raj Singh Dungarpur.... being a good coach does not depend upon the nationality, it depends upon the skill of the person, his logic is idiotic!!!
A good captain should be able to manage his team well and be highly aggresive.. being a good player is an addded bonus.

Now we must not consult Rajsingh more ... And who says there are not fit person to coach to Indian team! The best keep persons are still there and both were captain and the third one also there who has the uo coach! THese three persons are-
1. Mohammad Azhruddin
2. Dilip Vengsarakar
3. Saiyad Kirmani
We can add two more names and both are successful as couch:
1. Madanlal
2. Sandeep Patil
We have very complexes regarding our selves and our people too!
