I have been using PC
now i am thinking of buying a Laptop
which one should be good and not soo expensive?????

Compaq Presario with Dual core processor (Intel core duo/core2 du as well as the Turion64 X2 core duo for better graphics cos processing power is more for a 64 bit processor (intel is 32 bit)) is the best thing in the market and u r getting Geforce Go 7 (now may be 8) series integrated with it

I meant "Intel Core Duo/ Core 2 Duo" or the "AMD Turion 64 X2 Duo Core".
Both are available separately. BUt if you want good computing, go for Intel, and for superior graphics go for AMD.
I own a Compaq Presario V3029 AU notebook, with AMD TURION processor, 512 MB DDR2 RAM @802 MHz, 80 GB HDD, DVD Writer, Geforce Graphics, Bluetooth, etc etc.
Amazingly good performance.
Cost me Rs.42,000, six months ago.
Now should be available in 35K

Well I have to say the best are Dell, and IBM, for the cost I would go with the Dell. If you dont have a limit on the money then go with the IBM Thinkpad.
