Which Season of 24 was the Best?

For me, it was season 2. I loved 1 also, but the next year with the nuclear bomb plot and Jack as a renegade without a conscience was sweet! Bringing Nina back yet getting her off the hook again was genius. Sell me on what you think was the best season of Jack Bauer's escapades.

I'd say that season 2 was it for me. Evil Nina myers coming back and President Palmer at the helm. I think right now the show is losing some of its excitement because the presidents' in the show are usually making the wrong decisions after President Palmer's assassination!

My favorites seasons are the second and the fith, for me the most adrenaline fueled, and with the greatest pace was last season, I loved it, however in the top of my list,i have to put the second season, i think the plot was much more twisted and interesting, and with richer characters,specially Nina Myers and the first president Palmer, they were both great characters.
