Putting free games on my webpage

Hi! I need a bit of help with putting a free game on my website. I dont want to earn revenue from the game site but, I want to somehow be able to see the players high scores and on a certain day every month reward the highest score with $5-$10 in their paypal account. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
