Do you feel pity for abused woman?

Lots of woman are abused especially in the third world countries and their conditions is deplorable. Have you felt pity for them and what efforts you made to make their lives better?

First of all, it's not just women in third world countries that are suffering. A lot of women in Western society are also abused. According to recent studies 1 out of 3 women would 'walk into the door frame know and again' in the West. I do feel for them, they are in a crap situation. How do I help them? Well if there are petitions I sign them. In my own country i help battered women by offering therapy. What do you do to make their lives better?
