Do you know chinese?and are you willing to learn chinese as a second language?

I'm wondering how many of you know the Chinese language out there? and are you willing to pick up Chinese as your second tongue?

I do not know Japanese but I am interested in learning it if I get an opportunity . It would allow me to learn more about the ancient culture .

I'm glad that you have an interest in learning Japanese.. How about Chinese?any opinions? Or do you have any friends out there who can speak Chinese?

I meant Chinese . No I dont know anyone who can speak it , that is why I think it is an attractive challenge to learn it .
