Who's your favorite fictional character?

Mine would be Jo March of Little Women. When I first read the book back in fifth grade, I'd wanted to be like her when I grew up. My other favorites are Holden Caufield (Catcher in the Rye)and Coco (Shanghai Baby; Marrying Buddha).

There are so many good ones, but I'd have to say the vampire Lestat. I don't know why, I just love something about his obnoxious and outrageous personality. He's one of my favorite vampire characters.

Raistlin Majere of Dragonlance fame. I'm not sure exactly why I like him so much I just do.

Holden Caulfield would be way up there! Also Adrian Mole - he of the famous diary. But best of all I would have to plump for Captain Corelli (of Captain Corelli's Mandolin) - handsome, romantic, cultured ....

It has to be Scarlet O hara from Gone with the wind. A close second is Jenny from the Love story.
