What musical instruments do you play? What would you like to learn to play?

I have learned guitar for a couple of months..
Though I don't play it that well..
but yes I can say that I at least know how to play one music instrument..
And that's guitar.
and yes I can also play little bit of mouth organ , bongo, some tunes on keyboards as well..
But still I'm more of a singer than someone on instruments..

Hey there! I play guitar and I would say that I play it well. I play it the freestyle way. Harmonics, tapping, guitar percussion, etc.. I would love to learn how to play piano and sax.

i play guitar because i like it a lot. my friend and i learned guitar when we were like about 2 and a half years old. our grandfathers used to teach us how to play them because they were in a band themself. we still like playing and we are also in a band that we started like in 4th grade. before that my friend and i used to write lyrics and sing them.

I've been studying music for about 4 years untill I was 14. Then I decided to stop.
The point is that I'm actually passing throught a period of extreme interest for music right now, and I'm seriously considering re-starting my studies. My choice goes to the electric bass guitar, I just wont to have some basis in order to be able to elaborate electronic and noise music, a part for learning the instrument itself.
the only thing I'm wondering is..how long will it take for me to get to some point? I just have to start...I just hope not to discover some inner inability in dealing with the language of music

I have a small rehearsal studio set up in my home - in my dining room to be exact. I was classically-taught the violin and cello but in my late teens I learned how to play the acoustic and bass guitar.
As far as what I've dabbled in, I tend to rent instruments for a month at a time just to learn how to play passages in songs I like. For instance, trumpet solos in some of Harry Connick Jr.'s older stuff made me run out and rent a trumpet. I was quite good at it too! Then I rented an alto sax to learn the instrumental break in "It's still rock-n-roll to me" by Billy Joel because I've always loved that solo. The sax I wasn't so good at. Reed instruments seem to be a problem for me but I had tons of fun.
I wish I was a virtuoso on the piano but I've never had any lessons. Thanks to the treble and bass clef needed for the violin and cello respectively, I can play sheet music on a piano but it takes me months to learn one song well. And it can't be a hard one either. By the time I can play it with ease I usually have it memorized, which is counter-productive for sight-reading piano music in the long-run.
My husband is also a musician. He is a funk bassist, plays the electric guitar and keyboards.

Well I learned to play some piano when I was a child and then later a bit of the flute but that was a long time ago. I haven't played either in years. Not sure how much I really remember of it. I'd like to relearn the flute again. That was very enjoyable to me and I'd also like to learn how to play a Pan flute which is a very different type of instrument.

I am a professional flutist. I began studying in 4th grade in public school and then decided to pursue it as a career while still in junior high. It is a lot of work, but I really enjoy it. I also play piano, albeit terribly. I guess I wish that I could play the piano better so that I could accompany my students.

I played the flute in Jr High and High School. I can't even remember how to read sheet music now.
