Did you know that if you are optimistic and have a positive attitude that you are more likely to be healthier than other people.
Being optimistic can boost the immune system, increase longevity, reduce illness and symptoms of illness, and improve the outcome of surgery.
What do you do to maintain a positive attitude?

I am a hardcore optimist. I believe in what is called the 'plessibo effect' which means we can control our mind by gradually brainwashing it to think positively.
It all comes by practice. Nobody can be positive the day one. Thinking positively keeps our stress level to minimum. This helps to boost my immune system, reduce any mental illness in specific and increase the energy, rather positive energy.

Keeping up a positive outlook on life is great. I wish I could do that about the job that I just almost dived into. After today's orientation I have decided it isn't for me. Money is great but piece of mind is better.

i have this mantra every time problems occur and feel like i can't handle those
"Lord, Bless me indeed..."
i always recite these words everytime i feel down... and i just think God will always be there for me and He wouldn't give me problems if He doesn't believe that I can make it. Besides, I try to look at the positive side of life... everyone deserves to be happy anyway so do things for me to be happy ;D

Well you have to be around here! Our motto is "if you start crying, you'll be crying alone, laugh and well laugh with you"
Life can be tough on a ranch. There is always so much to do. Every critter and the all the crops need constant 24/7 attention. But I would not trade my lifestyle for the world.
Life is grand and I love every minute of it.

I have always considered myself a very positive thinker and I am the type of person who just don't get discouraged right away or give up easily. I think the reason that I have become positive is because of my bakcground wherein I came from a very poor family. Getting through such plight could make any person believe in miracles, in the goodness of people, in efforts and hardwork being rewarded and in the idea the things will always be better tomorrow.

Yes I believe in that too. Stress is the root for many troubles. And by being optimistic we reduce our stress.
I try to maintain a positive attitude in my life and I try to educate my son to be that way too.
We worry too much in this life and most of the time for things that are not important. We better learn to take things easy and by doing that we will be much healthier.
