well judy its not totally the case in india. the answer is simple everyone wants to look good and there are hidden emotions inside a girl for which they want to look good for eg. for their lover or finding a boyfriend or very strict with their appearnence and all...........

Girls spendso much time gettingready to go out because they wantto attract a man. and because other women and men pick their appearance apart. If a girl doesn't dress exactly right, some men treat her like a hooker and other women call her rude names
