I enjoy kickboxing as part of my exercise routine. My favorite exercise instructor is Gilad. I have his Quick Fit System, and catch him on FitTV on satellite TV. He incorporates kickboxing and what he calls body sculpting into his workouts.
Does anyone else enjoy kickboxing as part of an exercise routine? Can you suggest any other kickboxing exercise instructors that you enjoy?

my fav instructor was a guy called brian at the kickboxing centre thing in islington he alsways made you work your butt off he was ex military and you felt so good after a work out but he is only for intermediate upwards will not take on begginers. He only charges £9 for a 2 and a half session. then when u are up to his standards and pass the fitness test you can fight other people. He is brilliant!!!!!

I love kickboxing! I had a gym membership before but I didn't use the machines much, I mostly attended classes (dance or kickboxing) whenever I was at the gym. I haven't been going to the gym lately, but every once in a while I watch Billy Blanks Taebo on our cable TV, for free. It's a really good workout and I much prefer it over running on a treadmill or using any other machines. And I think it does work for the midsection! I don't have six-pack abs but I believe kickboxing has helped keep my tummy looking flat, even if it's not really flat. :)
