HELP!!

I want to know how I can overcome anxiety disorder, social phobia, and depression after trying everything. I am just a teenager and I need help. I dont know what to do and nobody understands.

helllloooo ...i would speak to a trusting person who will understand you, and how you feel.. get yourself to the doctors for profesional help, dont let it go any worse best getting help.....take care minniemee

May i know what are the things u tried before, try to have a discussion with your dearest friends, or don't think always one thing, may be u are thinking in such a way, u must feel free from your disorder and forget that and try to involve in some other activities which makes u be free from that problem, it seems it is only u r imagination. Don't imagine things, u are a teen ager so u do one thing cunsult a doctor or try to forget the imaginary phobias.

Believe in who you are, what you are, and be proud of that, as you know, everyone is special in his/her own way... Dont dare to think that any one in your surrounding is better that you are in anything you might imagen. Take it easy, have a SISI..

Dont worry, it's easy, just relax coz this will make u better, dont think it's uncurable... i for example had a phobia from spiders, these freeky creatures, they suck... so i started my fight against spider coz i have to overcome this difficulty... i began to search for spiders everywhere, at home, at work, outdoor, anywhere, n i began to kill them merciless, i killed over 10000 spider( no kiddin) n now i have no fear n i decided to face any problem in my life...

what does social phobia mean to you? Does it mean that you are nervous to go out? Does it mean that you feel unworthy of your friends? Does it mean that you do not mix well with others? Please give me an example of what makes you feel like you do? I may understand better when I have a broader picture. I too suffered from depression for years, and have come through it, to the extent of having what they called "gudspa" in other words a whole lot of good cheek. I am sure you can get there too.

It's very common for teenagers to feel this way. You haven't determined who you are yet. Have you seen a doctor? Is there a psychologist at school you can talk to? Do you have a good friend to talk to?

I guess you are feeling reckless may be because you have nothing to do . Try experimenting some thing .Get involved in some activities. Try not to be alone. Try making an aim and acheive it . Make some goals for your life. What interests to do you have. Arts ? Computers ? Sports ... try out something new in your area of interest

Have you told your parents that you think you have a problem? Is there another relative you can speak with that could help your parents understand so that you may get the help you deserve?
