when do you get up in the morning every day?

We will benefit from early sleep and early up. but it is not easy for me to insist in keeping that rule. I ususlly get up at 9 o'clock am and get to bed at lesst 11 o'clock pm! hou about you?do you think of this?

I usually get to bed between 9 and 10 oclock. On days tha I go to school I get up at 6 sharp! :) On weekends I usually sleep in bewteen 7 and 9. I'm not that great at sleeping in.

that's good ,you know,in the college most of students get up late excluding who having lessons because of their late sleeping.

I go to bed around 10 to 10:30 pm and i wake up at 5 am sharp

I usually go to bed between 1 and 2 o'clock in the morning,and get up between 7:30 and 8:30,I have to go to work at 9am,in holiday,I usually get up between 9 and 11am.I know the habit is bad,but I have no other choices.Sometimes I must work,or I must study,so when I go to bed,it's already the next morning.So tired,but no choice.

I get up at 6am (to get my daughter ready for school) and usually go to bed by 10pm. I don't like getting up so early but Summer will be here soon and we can all sleep in!!

hi Michele21,welcome here.your habit of sleep is right. i want to alter my wrong practice,perhaps,it will happen when i'm working in some company.if keeping up in college , i could't change it .

if you are going in your bed at 11 then i think that you are getting up pretty late. the maximum you should get up is at around 7. that , i think is the maximum. i sleep always after or at 12 and get up at 5.00a.m sharp without any alarm or anything.i m use to this routine from such a long time that now my body clock has set up its timing to sleep and get up. try to maintain or first start this type of routine, you feel more energetic and have more time to work too.

MY 10 month old wakes me up every morning between 7:30am and 8 o'clock am. Most of the time i dont get to go to bed till about 2:30 am. (15 min power naps work great)

2:30 am? wow! that's bad. but sometime i also went to bed at chat time! yeah ,a short siesta is very useful of our health!

well i usually get up at 6 o'clock....even i try to get up more early but rarely could so ,as i have to leave for office at 7:30am.but on sunday there is no particular time to wake up.

I usually get up at around 7 am in the morning, I guess my bodies clock's use to it, even if I had slept late the following night. I make it a point that I to sleep at least 8 hours. Sometime when I feel I lack sleep I just make up for it by taking naps in the afternoon.

well,i get up at about 7 o'clock,hehe...maybe you will feel surprise.But i will told you that i am a student,so i have to get up early,for my study.So why can't you find something intersting or importent to do in the morning?something like the beautiful scenery such as the rising sun,the cool fresh air,the running people or just wanna to find out how the world come to revive.hehe...wish you enjoy the morning.
