Do you know your country's history?

Yes its indeed very nice if you know about the history of your country. It not only helps you answer some question that might be asked by person younger than you but it aslo develops a feeling of belonging to the state.

I think I know quite a bit about U.S. History, but please don't test me on any of the names of governors or anything like that. I majored in Political Science in college and had to learn a lot of history. I also know some of my state's history, too, because of the literature I read. I hope I don't sound arrogant about it, though.
