Running up and down the stairs! I live in a big house with a long stairway, a lot of steps, and that gives me all the exercise I need especially when I have to do laundry all the way in the basement and put the clothes away all the way on the third floor where the bedrooms are!

That's awesome.. I tend to only do little bits of weight training because I tend to bulk up.. A LOT! Especially in my thighs.. it's gross. lol Any particular body part/s you focus on? Any exercises that help keep you trim?

When I lived at home my Mom and I would walk all the time.. it was one of my favorite ways to spend time with her. Keep walking with your daughter as long as you can,,

Walking is a great way to get some exercise and to see sites you might normally see.. I find that by going on walks you see things, hear things, smell things, maybe even taste things you may normally miss by traveling in a car or bus.

I really like yoga but I also do running and weights. I think I could get into swimming if I was a better swimmer. I also absolutely love ballet. It's an amazing workout, believe it or not.

I would have to say pushups and situps because i do those every night so it works good for me. I would also have to say sports because it keeps me active and i get a workout at the same time also. I need to try yoga one day though i heard it is good for your muscle tone.
