Do you talk with someone looking straight at their eyes?

I almost always look at the eyes of the one I'm talking to. It's funny because when other people are talking to me, I find it uncomfortable if they look at me straight in the eye. =/ What about you?

Looking in the eyes of the one you are taling to means that you are sincere and interested in talking to her/him. That what i always do when talking to someone. So that the'll know im interested in talking to them and that im not fooling around when talking.

You have a point. But sometimes, it just gets embarassing to stare at someone (and the other person most of the time gets uncomfortable too) during the whole duration of the conversation. =/

i usually look at them straight in the eye. but after a ew seconds i look away coz it makes me uncomfortable. ^__^;; i can stand a few seconds of eye-to-eye contact but break away after that few seconds. ^__^;;

I always make eye contact with the people I am talking to unless on the phone with them. I find it rude if they don't meet my eye contact. I also have found, that people that don't make eye contact, are hiding something.

That's good for you. I really can't do it for more than a few seconds no matter what I do. =/
Have a nice day! =)

Yeah. It feels uncomfortable. But in my case, I look at their eyes when I am the one talking, but when they are the one talking to me, I don't meet their eyes. Unfair eh? =P
Have a great day! =)

I really want to do that. But I just can't for some reason.. I usually end up just listening to them will looking somewhere else. =)

me too.. i almost always look at the eyes of the one i'm talking to.. and when they do the same thing to me, i would be able to look back straight in their eyes too for about 30 seconds or less, then i would have to shift and then look again.. heheh!
but if it's someone i really like, my crush or something, it would be down to about 15 seconds or less.. hehehe!
and if i don't like the person at all.. i look at their forehead.. this was a technique taught to me before back in high school, but i didn't use it, because i'd rather look in the person's eye.. so, i just do the forehead thing with the people i don't really like. it would seem that you are looking at his entirety if you look at their forehead.. somewhat true depending on how far are you from each other.. heheh!

Ahaha.. That was nice. :D You just gave me an idea. I'll probably try looking at someone's forehead when I talk to them. =P That's better than looking at somewhere else right? =P
Thanks for the response! =)

I feel uncomfortable too and I usually don't look at people in their pupil or something so that I won't be uncomfortable..it really depends if i'm close to that person..if i'm close then it doesn't matter with me and if i'm not close then it does matter

Same here. I look away a few seconds after our eyes meet. I just can't last it for more than 3 seconds I guess. Of course, it depends on who I am talking to. =)
Thanks for responding! =)
