what would you do when you lost your first lover?

I was really sad. Cry for months and even a year but the only thing to do is to move on..Need to be strong.

Think like this - the person lost you as you are better, not you lost the person. Since you are better person, you will find better choice in the future. Half of the population in the world are girls. there is no need to worry. if one goes, its good. You have chance to be with a new one. Almost everyone will part from their first love and it's natural.

simple.. move on. though it's natural to feel bad and cry for some time, remember that it's not the end of the world and there's still a lot of things instore for you. You will still meet a lot of people and would probably find the right person for you in the future. maybe you're not really meant for each other, but don't feel bad, I'm sure you'll find somebody better and somebody who deserves you more.
