inadequate education

whether our universities preparing students to face competitive.whether mentally strong enough to face competition.The education without personality development is sheer wastage.The system of education should be overhauled.One of the main reason for failures is inadequate preparedness/training in the universities.Even sporting institutes are failing to groom good sportpersons because of inadequate preparedness.One of the fine example is indian cricket team exit from world cup.Apart from talent and knowledge,the personality development should be taken seriously.The mental toughness should also be criteria selection.

Universities will give the abstract tea more than life practical. So students who study at school, they will know the theories very well, but in the real life, they have to learn the appearing things to their face and mind. Whatever we learn we have to deal with action more than speaking in oder to get skillful in our work, we have to concentrate more.
