What do you get your significant other for a gift on your anniversary?

Do you exchange gifts or do you just go out to dinner and buy them a card? Me and my hubby usually exchange some small gifts and a card at dinner What do you do?

She found this shoulder bag when we went to buy some medicine at the mall. She was literally endulging her heart right in front on me. She really likes that bag and thats what I'll give her on our anniversary.

That is very sweet I bet she will be so happy! You should put a flower or a cute note in it when you give it to her! That will make her smile
