It is summer here in the Philippines and the heat is quite unbearable. What's the best way to cool down?

Eating ice cream always cools me down a lit bit! Otherwise get a sprinkler system so when you are outside you can walk under it and cool yourself off

I think if you keep disimpassioned maybe this can help you to feel it isn't so heat.
