I have not been able to get into it. My mind wonders and wonders and wonders. But, I am more relax just for the trying.

ya i too believe it, it can help you to reveal the mental pressure. in my school days it was a compulsory thing so we used to do it but nowadays i dont have time to do it so i have not tried it but i have a idea of doing it in the future. and since it has been very long since i have practiced it, i have forgotten how to do it with full concentration

Every thing's hard in the beginning but you must overcome it. Meditation of couse is one of the thing in which the fist step is always difficult.
If you want to concentrate completely while having meditaion, the first step you have to do is to have a peaceful mind and overcome your thinking. To do this you have to sit down comfortably, close your eyes and fix your mind upon one spot for example your nose. Keep this for a few second at beginning and extend to minutes and than to a longer time after your mind concentration improve gradually.
Meditation is an art of patience and endurance. You have to practice it everyday and to see your improvement gradually. Hope this can help you.

Meditation is very good for health as wellas for soul.Just try to do it.It is very much important in fast moving life. i do it. I recomend it to u. Just try to concentrate and u will be in wonder that ur doing it very nicely.

Meditation is about your interest. You first setup mind to do meditation. Then you have to leave all your thoughts about this material world and ready to plunged into spiritual world.
You dance as you like, laugh and don't afraid to do anything that you hesitate before.This will be helpful in initial phase of meditation.
And finally when you sit for meditation don't think of good results that you may expect after meditation.
Just concentrate on you.

Meditation is simple if do it at a time when u have no routine work to do.Actually It is not concetration,it is relaxation.watch your breath by sitting simply on a chair and
relax.you will be free of thoughts and your mind will be clear.
try it.
