Lower back pain is fairly common. It depends how the pain is caused as to how to cope with it. I suffer from lower back because of my job and "wear and tear" as the doctor described it. I've learnt how to cope with it myself as my doctor was useless, but don't let that stop you seeking medical advise as its important to do so. I deal with mine by being careful how I carry things, posture and where possible trying not to twist too much. If it starts to get bad I'll go to the chemist and get some Ibuprofen and take that for a couple of week while being extra careful. That usually clears it up no problem. Of course I'm lucky that its nothing serious which is why its important to get a doctor to check it out. I found this handy flow diagram which tells you what to do depending on your symptoms/what caused the pain http://familydoctor.org/x2563.xml

I frequently experience low back pains because of my job as a call center agent. I sit back on a chair in the office for 8 to 9 hours a day talking to my students and clients. What I usually do is to have a good massage in a spa at least once a month. Sometimes, I also take taebo lessons online to stretch my body as a whole. More often, I change my bedding in way that I make it more relaxing and foamy. Back pains have many causes. Hence, it also has many solutions. I don't want to get sick. It will surely hinder my working capability. Still, I believe that prevention is better than cure. Be careful.
