The BEST way to catch referrals

As we know every paid sites are offering refferal bonus. Apart from our regular effors if we refer someone, we get the percentage of their earning. But, how do we pull them?
I think the best way is to
"send a bulk mail to our college/school group"
So, friends who ever like and believe us they join in the program. Any other ways?

Sending bulk mail is basically spamming, and I'm sure myLot's Terms of Service bar that. There's nothing wrong with posting a link to your referral signup page on myLot from your own websites. I haven't placed a permanent link on Willfe.com yet but I'll probably do so in a couple of weeks (I'm the cautious type ... I'll wait to get my first $10 payment from myLot before I bother promoting them too much :)).
Bugging friends & family is a good start. Including a blurb about it in your e-mail signatures and forum posts in other places (in the signature block) is a good move, too. People are naturally resistant to "sales pitches," and "earn money by posting your opinion and discussing things with people" is definitely a pitch that could put people off, so choose your wording carefully.
