All cooking oils have their nutritional advantages. According to experts, it is always best to use a combination of oils. Try out a blend of oils once in a while or switch between groundnut oil, soyabean oil, sunflower oil, or rice bran oil so that you get the benefits of each by rotation.

Moderation in all things and the only thing I would caution is that the smoke points are different and one must be aware if there is any heating of these oils in use while cooking or preparing foods. Oils do not need to be kept in the refrigerator since that will make them cloudy. Buy in small quantities and use them well.
