Your weight really isn't about how much you eat. It is more about WHAT you eat. You can eat lots of leafy green vegetables, a little lean meat, fish, etc. Actually, you can eat a bit of everything if you eat more of the vegetables and protein. I find that I lose weight on a high protein low fat diet supplemented with green vegetables. Cut way back on grains - don't eliminate them though - and sugars. So you can eat a lot MORE if you eat less of the fats and sugars.
I've learned that there are a few foods that I am particularly sensative to. When I eat them they trigger my hunger rather than satisfy it - refined sugars mostly. So if I avoid them, I do pretty well.
You just need to know what your body uses effeciently. Not all bodies are alike. But in my experience of fighting overweight for sixty years is that if I feel deprived of something, it won't be long until I'm overeating the wrong things. But if I work in a little bit of what I'm longing for and support it with lots of what is good for me, I do o.k.
Good luck. Keep up with the exercise and drink lots of water to help flush out your system. You'll do fine.

You don't have to restrict your food intake, but it sounds like you need to increase your activity. Too reduce weight, you need to expend the calories you consume. An easy way to do this without changing eating habits would be to walk for at least a half hour everyday! It's the cheapest form of exercise, as all you need is shoes. :-) I have begun walking to lose weight and have been going at it for over a week. If you walk at a pace that makes it somewhat difficult to hold a conversation, then maybe after the first four days, you too will recognize that your clothes are a bit looser.
You could always go gung-ho and try another exercise, like running, jogging, or anything else that keeps you moving. But for me walking is the least stressful.
The trick is to try to burn more calories than you consume.

if you are determined to lose weight you have to do some diet and exercise. The right food and the right exercised combined can give you good body weight. You have to work for it if you really want. Aim everyday how much hours you will spend for your exercise. how much food you are going to take. that i believe can help to reduce your weight.

What about work-out? Make it a point to burn all the extra calorie you take before the day ends.
Try running. It is a liberating sport (If you do not do it on a thread mill that is :) ).
Anyway, By running I don't mean the 25 miles a day on 60 miles per second speed! Run at your own pace, slowly enjoying the surrounding in your neighborhood park. Say hello to people you meet. So, even if you don't loose weight, you get to gain friends.
