Best skill in runescape

I like fishing. Everyone needs food. I got a lvl 70 cooking and fishing on my accn. 1 cooked lobster sells for 250. You can mine coal too. However if you are below lvl 60 mining, you got to compete with everyone else to get the coal first. I have lvl 70 mining but I keep my coal. I need them for smithing higher type of metals. If your fishing and mining is very very low, I suggest you kill mosss giants on Crandor ( they drop pretty good items and are quite easy to kill). You got to have at least progress onto Crandor for the dragon slayer quest. If you haven't, there is no way you can get to the island. Look on the world map to find the place. As a conclusion, fish lobsters and sell them when you can. At least you don't have get into a fight about "who gets to fish the out first".

Well, what you could do, since you're in f2p and you don't have to deal with all of the seeds and stuff.. Is plant yourself under varrock, with the Hill Giants. Collect Limpwurt Roots, and resell them. They are a very good money maker, as people from p2p buy them to make Strenth and Super Strength potions. That, or you could sell big bones, or cowhides. Also, keep up to date with the forums, to see who is buying most of what on any particular day.

cut willows until your lvl 60 woodcutting sell 1k willows for 30k until then and then cut yews....once your like 70 wc you own f2p moneymaking thats what i do. Runecrafting is good too because it allows you to make up to 10 air runes per 1 rune ess, or 280 a trip with a air tiara, thats 99 runecrafting though i believe. Haha im 35 and i make 4 times the 1 rune ess, so im making a significant profit.

The best way to make money in F2P is to become a member :p but if you really can't and you need some fash cash I would suggest skills. You could merchant (Buy cheap sell expensive.) or buy runes from shop and sell for more to players. Apart from that I would say cutting yews with Wc is the best skill.

Runecraft

if you have lvl 99 smithing then smithing because then you can make full rune for free and merchant it for about 200k and gain easy money (my take awile to get coal and rune oar needed so try addy and sell for about 30k-40k)

fishing and mining are by far the easierst way to make money in f2p, but it can get very boring. you could be a bone or hide collector if you don't mind not getting exp... but hide do sell for 100 ea, so it is easy money really. killing chickens and collecting lots of feathers is also a very good money maker, as 1 feather can sell for around 7 gp and you get between 5 and 15 per chicken. pking can be very profitable, but you have to be careful as you have just as much chance of losing stuff as you do gaining any. killing highe lvl monsters can be good as they drop better things that you can later sell :)

if you are not a combat freak selling b bones is great or cutting yews pking is a risky but great way to earn remember to fight above lvl 20 wildy so that they cant tele out.. fishing is not that good for f2p since no bank closeby mining and smithing is also good but smithing needs a high lvl like 85 to be actually super profitable otherwise just stick to mining

I would have to say that the best skill is woodcutting. Even though the skill required for woodcutting is 60, I would recommend 70 so you can get the Yews much faster. Just level up on oaks or willows and drop the logs. Trust me, they are not worth much. Then once you get to level 70, cut and bank Yews then sell them on the Runescape forums. Just search for people who are buying them. I suggest getting yews at incriments of 1k. 1k yews at 350ea is an easy 350k. Good luck!

If its an f2p account i would probably have my woodcutting high because thats prob best way to make money in f2p and if i was p2p i would get my rc up becuase thats a great sort of income on runescape!
