No, there are books at your local library that tell you how to do it. I believe it might be helpful to know html code... but you can also pay someone to do it for you and maintain it.

I do not have any html knowledge at all! And I was able to put together a pretty decent website.

there are a lot of site where you can create you own for free. Check out this one - www.own-free-website.com here you can create your own for free. No need to pay for any domain. It is totally free and you could create your won site right after you finish register with them. Best of luck pal!
