peoples praying to thier respective god. Are sure that,they are right

peoples are praying to thier respective god, but my doubt is that, they are right or not.because i have a question. God came into this world before 2007 years before and he said that i am ur god. But people did not beleived, god shows is miracle like giving light to blind peoples and curing some harnfull dieseases... then suddenly people took and praise him as a god....
My question is, if he shows miracle to the peoples to bring trust on him, then he should to be shown his miracle to all over the world ??? why he shown to only one area in the world???????????? friends post your replies....

Yes its very true that when we pray our prayers are answered. When I pray to my God Jesus , with all the faith that he is listening to what ever I am saying and is there to help me out my prayers get answered then and there and I get the solution to all my problems from him.
