Arthroscopy of the shoulder

A week ago I underwent surgery, arthroscopy of the shoulder, and wondered if anyone else has had this procedure recently. It was done under general anaesthetic and I am still feeling the effects of it. I still feel a little tired and wonder if this is usual. My shoulder is quite bruised and sore and the physio exercises become quite painful but I know that I have to put up with it to regain full use of my arm. If you have undergone this operation, or anything similar, how quickly did you recover from it and have you now got full use of your arm?
