quitting smoking is not easy, especially if yopu've been smoking for years.but it's something worth doing even if you are not a young man or woman.quitting smoking has so many benifits to it and i 'll do my hardest to convince you in this article that it is worth doin, though its a hard choice shal we begin??reason 1-you will lokk younger.people who amoke look older than those who don't.its a fact.people who smoke got nicotine stains on their teeth and fingers, their skin looks older, their voice is different and their general physical condition is poor.stopping smoking will knock off 10 years of your age.just look at 65 year olds that smoked for years and compare them with others who don't smoke.the differences are huge.don't wait till you are 65 quit now and you will look better and younger at all ages.
reason 2-you will be healthier.smoking promotes disease.there are number of vascular disease, heart disease and lung disease that somkers suffer from.the chances for getting lung cancer is 20 times higher for a heavy smoker.
reason 3-you will save money.it is an expensive habit too.if you smoke to packs of cigs every day the monthly expense could amount to hundreds of dollars.you could go on a fantastic vacation every year from the money you saved.
reason 4-you will smell better.smokers smell really bad.the cigarettes smel is noticeable and their hair clothes, skin and breath smell like cigs.
reason 5-you will gain control on your own life and health.perhaps the most important achievement is to take control on your health.noone else will do it for you.
as you can see there are many good reasons to quit smoking today.so don't delay set a goal to yourself to stop smoking this week or even today.this will have a great effect on your future.and for people who dint find the reasons convincing then please i appeal to all you smokers strongly please quit smoking!and i will gift you with something called a healthier life!all da best and atleast try to quit!

I'm a smoker and I'm not very proud to say that I have been smoking for last 12 years . It's hard for me to quit cigrattes anytime in my life. I have gone through your discussion and agree on what all you have written about smoking but look at topic from side and you will understand the difference. anyway good luck and thanks.

Hi Anita! First let me thank you for the research that you have done.. Its very true that smoking is definately injurious to health but we need to understand that why do people smoke?? Smoking is just the tip of ice berg and there is something (some emotion, some void, etc) that they are trying to cover up.. I have dealt with smoking cases and have observed that at times its stress which is the cause of smoking..So I believe SMOKING IS JUST A WAY TO HIDE/COVER UP THINGS....They need to be addressed...
Smoking can be quit painlessly..without any withdrawl symptoms..with the help of a trained hypnotherapist..
