If you could go back in time knowing what you know now, would you or not?

If many of you could go back in time and change things knowing what you have now, would you? How would you know if that is really what you would want to do? What if by doing that you ended up with totally different friends and lovers. Have any of you seen the movie, "Butterfly Effect"? That is what I am referring to. Would you take the chance of changing things maybe for them being worse or better, and if so why? And if not, why? What if by changing the events of your past to correct your future caused you to sacrifice many things, how would you react? What if you changed things and in the future you sacrificied yourself for another from doing so, would you be cool with that? What if you had to choose between you and someone you love being sacrificied, who would you choose? Or what if you hated that person, would you be able to sacrifice that person anyhow? Let me know your opinions.
