You should be able to find all of that out just by going to mylots faqs. This is what I found by looking up about accounts guidelines, I copied it and pasted it so you can see, don't know if it answers your question but that's what I found about different accounts...
Yes, there can be more than one user that uses the same computer. Please make sure that each user has their own account, as well as their own PayPal or eGold account. Your accounts will be closely monitored due to the potential for abuse.

Happymommy, you are right that there can be two different users using the same computer, or different computers but on the same network with the same ip as both me and my partner have accounts with MyLot, though my partner doesn't do much on his. We have a computer each, but networked together, using the same internet connection and ip etc. We both have our own e-mails and paypal which we use, and don't have a problem. As for having two accoutns for one person, i don't think myLot will want you to be doing that!

I am not sure weather you can or not legally (You have to read the myLot TOS fine print for that I guess).
However I am curious, why would you want to do that? I mean there is no way to double your earning, unless you double the number of postings which, you can do on one account also.
The only thing you might profit from I think is the referral bonus. And for this same reason, I guess you might not be allowed to have multiple ids.

No , you cannot do it ,even you have 2 computers at home, it is still the same as you get the same IP, it is not permitted according to the mylot rules, or if you go to somewhere else with different IP address to open an account, you may be able to it, but there is no point to do it as your earning may not be muc different as you only have two hands to type, you cannot type on both account at the same time.

I think they don't want you doing that. They will catch you when it comes time to cash out, unless you also have a bunch of paypal accounts.
