How often do you rearrange furniture in your house?

hi, It is very nice to know that you like to rearrange your furniture five times in a year. Really you are great to devote time in such an activity. I have taken the furniture years ago and from that date they are placed at the same place. I do not put out different decorations or rearrange the furniture because of my job. I am out of my house for full day for my work so i don't get time. But if so i really admit that i would not have rearranged like you.

I tend to change the furniture around completely when I am doing major cleaning - so that is usually twice a year - once in the spring and once again in the autumn! I like change too.

With the layout of my house, there aren't too many ways I can move the furniture around. It would be nice to rearrange the downstairs, but we have posts in the middle of it so it is really hard to position our wrap around couch and still be able to see the tv with the posts being there lol.

I don't rearrange the furniture at all. I move around more, then I move furniture. Hehhehe. I am content as long as the house is clean and neat. +++ I have given you again for a fine posting.

Hi lauraleigh, hubby and i normally arrange the furniture every 2 years. We are in the middle of another rearranging and it's taking us 2 months already. Yes we do have that limited time. We are normally too tired to do anything the time we get back from work that it's just about dinner, kids and putting them to bed every night. I do envy you for putting in that much time to rearrange the furniture 5 times a year! - Lyn

i dont have my own house yet but my parents dont move the furniture very often. maybe it is once per year that something major gets changed or added.

I don't rearragnge the furniture itself very often but what I am bad for is moving the bedrooms around all the time , I do this probably five times a year . I never find that something is convienient for everyone , either one of the children does not like the room they are in or I think of another way that it would look better or any idea that stikes me and then I change everyone's room where what was once the girls room could end up being our room and so forth .
