the new window vista ha smany advanced features than any before OS....but it takes many memory requirements...If you have enough processor and memory then I must say that you should go for it....

have you tried already? I got enough processor and memory but the problem is also expensive. I'll wait until windows lesser the price. But if you have the money also, then go for it...

Woow WIndows Vista.. what a hot subject i can say. I have talked a lot in my area with many of my friends and all of them had only positive thoughts about it. I can say that i was blow off by this new windows system. Some things certainly lack to it but this new look which Microsoft has incorporated in it certainly do the money you would give for it. I have waited this new system for 2 weeks and here i am using it. It was pretty hard for me to buy it because in my area it can't be found. So i had to ask a friend from another part of my country to order me. I am so happy using it and all i have are only words of gratitdue. I post here a short description about VISTA.
Windows Vista contains hundreds of new features; some of the most significant include an updated graphical user interface (GUI) and visual style dubbed Windows Aero, improved searching features, new multimedia creation tools such as Windows DVD Maker, and completely redesigned networking, audio, print, and display sub-systems. Vista also aims to increase the level of communication between machines on a home network using peer-to-peer technology, making it easier to share files and digital media between computers and devices. For developers, Vista includes version 3.0 of the .NET Framework out of the box. The .Net Framework makes it significantly easier for developers to write high-quality applications than with the traditional Windows API. Vista is the best in my opinio you should try it

I always recommend waiting at least a year after an OS has been released before upgrading, the reason why, is that they always have major bugs discovered in that first year, after that patches are intergrated to work it smoothly. Make sure you meet system requirements also, or it can crash your computer.

I have one computer with vista installed and lemme tell ya, I'm not that impressed with it. If you're easily impressed with fancy graphics and major CPU usage, than go ahead and get it. I think it was a waste of my money though and I was better off getting a mac with OS X. At least than it would have been original programming and ideas. Plus, it has a lot of bugs still and is incompatible with a lot of things like XP first was, but considering how long vista was in production, I don't think this should be. I just don't think it's ready for market or the best in market at this point.
