i think its cough, cold and congestion. diabetes and blood pressure are a little less common.

yes! blood pressure and diabetis is seen among most people these days. I take anather thing into account which is seen too much in people ..that is fats. Its also a disease..and its a root cause to all the other diseases.

My Dad has Blood Pressure and Mom has diabetes and there are many relatives whom I heard the same in our family relatives. The most important goal in diabetes is to keep blood glucose as normal as possible. Since it usually goes up after eating, and down after exercise, coping with it sensibly is often complex, and usually takes care and thought.
