what to do first...

i haven't really gotten into the work out circle since i've recently just joined a fitness club. i'm still enjoying the sauna and the steam bath, and the long hours in a hot shower, the free soda and coffee, and unlimited movies and stuff.. when i do start working out, what do i focus on first? what do i work on? or how do i start? i'm new to this, so please don't laugh at all the stupid questions. illuminate me. hehehe...
