I had a problem about a year ago, but since then i've used AVG Anti-spyware, and Spybot S&D, with no problems. I also do not moniter what e-mails I open, I use Limewire, shareaza, and safe-share. I download whatever i feel like downloading. And I have my firewall disabled. :X

No Trojans, worms, and Virus's have not affected my enjoyment of the internet. I just use a good virus protection and also good spyware protection. I currently do anything I want on the net.

My work computer got a virus a few years ago, and it was disastrous. Fortunately I have never had one on my home computer.

No, I can't say that they do.
I run anti-virus, anti-phishing and spyware-protection software on each PM on my home network, and the network itself is connected to teh Internet via a firewall.
Also, I don't use peer-to-peer networks and am VERY careful about what I download and what emails I open.
So much of this is just being sensible about what you do, running suitable protective software and keeping that up to date.
In 20+ years of using PCs at home, I have only ever had one virus, contracted from a floppy disc in the early 1990s!
