Ok...Cell Phones and Driving Revisited

Allright, lets get it out there..what's your feeling about the use of cell phones while driving? Does cell useage that uses the ear buds allow for complete attention to traffic and road conditions?

people are going to use their cellphones anyway while driving,so even if it still distracts the driver, its much better to use the earphone or handsfree.

You know this is funny and somewhat unrelated, but California wants to eventually stop smoking in cars...we will all be hiding the cigs and cell phones one of these days, just like the initial avoiding the use of seatbelts...lol

its funny, in sa they already made it illegal to smoke in your car if there are anyone under 18 in the car. its also illegal to smoke less than 100 metres from a non smoker. the funniest or saddest is that i have never in my life seen a traffic cop outside a bar but i have seen traffic cops giving a ticket to someone smoking in a car with his 17 year old girlfriend in the car.
