If time is very limited in the morning, what would be the best pose to do each morning to start the day off right?
This has been asked of me by many people. My time is not so limited in the morning.... when I really think about how to answer this I always think that I would not give up any of the poses I do regularly. I know that is not the answer friends are looking for.
Can any of you yogis out there help me with this one?

I would say that the sun salutations are the best if your time is limited. They warm you up, get you energised and give you a good stretch.
Good start to the day.

Hi princess, thanks for sharing that. I'm really new in learning yoga, and I like the sun salutations. :p
I guess I'll try to practise the sun salutations every morning. ^_^

It is good to start the day with yoga. It will relax you, and prepare you for the day ahead.

I started learning yoga two months ago.My teacher also taught me the sun salutation.Maybe I didn't get used to it so that I didn't feel comfortable. I am lazy so I get up late in the morning, and I have no time to do yoga.
