Some say God created the world and all that is in it.
So you could say he created all the despots, all the religious zealots, nuclear weapons, he or she or it must bear the ultimate responsibility. The belief that there is a god will surely be eventually sent to the garbage can. God is a creature of peace, great, pass the ammunition!

it is actually better to believe on some gods rather than believe on your own as god. the word god is actually just an adjective for me. people use that word to threathen their people to follow them without using force. the existence of weapon, mass destruction etc, are actually man-made, even the judgement day these are all under human imagination and prediction, and to let people oblige to follow them, they use the name god.

As a concept god is a word we use to help us put a label on the things we cannot yet explain by science. So I agree with your statement that weapons etc are indeed man made as is the despot, he/she is made through ambition and a phenomenol self belief that they alone are right and must be obeyed or followed. The concept of god becomes less and less relevant as man himself discovers the truth about creation.
