What's in a name?

There is a couple in Sweden who would like to name their daughter Metallica but Swedish authorities have
rejected their request. I don't understand what the big deal is. If the parents want to give their child a
unique name than that is their business.
I know people with far worst names than that.
What are some of your thoughts about this issue.
