Between a Man and a Woman who is the better Leader?

I think men are better leader..they have courage patience imagination, can take risk, mentally strong and capable of handling a team..But some women ao also possess the attribute of leadership and have proved themselves as good leaders...as days are passing women are proving themselves but alwyas the number is more in case of men..there r more male leaders than females,...'coz men have this inborn quality where as women develop this

I don't think gender plays the biggest role, I think it is the person themself. Anyone can become a better leader, whether they are a man or a woman.

Depends on which area it is. For example, my husband is good at finance, so he is the leader of our family finance management; however he is bad about how to deal with kid and cook, so I will be leader to decide what we need do for our kid, what we need buy, what we will eat ...

I think it is up to the kind of work. Man and Woman both become good leader.
