Do NOT waste time asking here. Go directly to the vet right away!! Not eating for 5 days is very serious and NOT for anyone other than a qualified vet to diagnose!!

Is your dog drinking water? Is your dog having bowel movements? Is your dog vomiting or eating grass trying to vomit? What food were you feeding your dog? There are many factors that could be involved and these are important questions. If you dog is not taking in water then get your dog to a vet immediately!!!
It could be a blocked stomach or digestive system. It is hard to say without having all the factors. Please call your vet and get your dog in.
I had a dog who swallowed a corncob whole and had these symptoms. It wasn't good and I almost lost her. Don't waste time, get to a vet!
