How do I get rid of my roommate without breaking any laws. She gets on my nerves and there is only so much more I can take. She snores to loud and falls asleep with the lamp and the television on. She does not flush the toilet and leaves the bathroom light on. Today when I went to brush my teeth, I found her toothbrush lying right next to mine. She does not lift a finger to help clean the apartment and I think I am starting to smell body odor. One good thing about her is that she is fairly quiet. I do not like to live with people who talk to me all the time, as I have to have my quiet. She also never complains, which sometimes, I admire, until, she does something else to piss me off. She seems like she is here to stay and I am trying my best to be tolerant, because the next rommate could be worse.

The best thing to do is have a good heart to heart talk to her and if that does not work then bugger her of, tell her straight and dont pull any punches.Good luck let me know how you get on.

in college, there was a roommate just like what you said.she never cleaned the floor, what's more, when we do cleaning, she would go to other dormitories to avoid joining in us.she often forgot to flush toilet, sometimes it was very smelly.after eating something, she put the packages everywhere except trash can, such as my desk,or others' bed,so disgusting.her behavior make us very angry,so we all had no word with her,in other words,we diserted her, then she removed from our dormitory.
