Hi, there! i promised it's really simple to prepare this wonderful dish. Here it goes! Ingredients: a medium size chicken, 3 cups of rice wine, a cup of water, 100g of 'kacang mar', 5cm ginger, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 1. Chop chicken into pieces 2. Fry the 'kacang mar' over slow fire.Take up and pound it fine. 3. Heat the wok and fry the chicken with sesame oil for 5 minutes. 4. Add in the wine and water.Boil for 10 minutes. 5. Add in the pounded 'kacang mar'. Cook it for another 15 minutes Ready to serve!
