Popped blood vessels on face??

Does anyone know how to get rid of popped blood vessels on ones face? Just temporary ones that come & go due to crying all to much & so forth? Or even due to stress? Has anyone had this happen to them before when they have cried or been stressed out.. Where they have popped blood vessels on there face? If so what have you done to get rid of them? They eventually do go away.. But is there a faster way to get rid of them? If anyone has any tips or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated on my behalf! . . Thanks for sharing with me! xx
