I was brought up in Tonbridge, in Kent, UK. It's quite a small town and people move there for the good schools, and its proximity to London. Unfortunately, this means the town itself is a bit dead, since there's barely anyone around during the day, so the town centre consists mostly of charity shops, crummy cafes and the odd newsagent or pub. I believe it's getting better now, with more to do as it has been noted that people do want to be able to shop in their own town, but growing up there was rather dull!
What was the town you grew up in like?

I spended my childhood in Duchang,in Jiujiang ,China. It's a quiet and beautiful small town which consist of about 500,000 people. It's famous for its Fresh-water-pearls . The environment there is pretty good,as there's almost no any industries which could cause pollutions. However,I'm not living there any more,I really love there .
