FHM Covers: Art or Not?

I was not that expert on art but I think FHM magazine is form of an art because they creatively design the mag that it will not appear as obscene. I am not fond of reading FHM before but my husband really buys every month edition and out of curiosity I try to scan and later I found out that I was really fond of reading some articles that are somewhat helpful.

Photography is a form of Art and the layout are done with graphic artists with artistic taste and style. Yes, I would definitely consider FHM covers and any other good magazine out there to be an art form.., If you wanna go scholastic, you may classify them under pop art.., but definitely not high art material.
