What all are the things you do to keep your health?

I play cricket. Walk whenever possible. Try to eat healthy food most of the time. I like to walk. When playing cricket I do lots of warm ups,drills and so on.

For me I make sure I have a big high fiber breakfast every day and have at least 20 min walk or play with my son. If I put on a little weight then I'll start my day with hot water and a bit of lemon and increase my walking to at least 30 minutes...xx

Playing volleyball during my highschool days kept me physically fit and also our training exercises. But now that i've been very busy with school, I just jog from time to time and not really on a regular basis. Hopefully after I graduate from college, i'd find more time to keep myself physically fit and healthy ;)

Yes my friend for better health exercise is every much important.Through exercise you build a every very good health.Also yoga is important for us.
