Martial arts are for real or not

The martial art flims are a very big success, and every body wants to fight like that but have you ever wondered that wether there was some one who can do those kind of stunts and fight in air. And is there any proof of there existence. i too like the stunts and fighting but i cant belive them thats why, so if you guys know any thing about that please let me know.

I too havent seen it directly but have seen in movies. The movies too hit the box office. I think that it is true and i believe that china is famous for these arts. I dont have any proof or so but its just my belief :)

most stunts and fight scenes done in films are choreographed. they are not practical in actual street fights. but i guess some techniques used by steven seagal or even van damme and tony jaa are street and real fight applicable techniques

The stuff you see in movies is sadly what is the most popular thing to be teaching by instructors nowadays. but come to one of my Healing Fist classes, and you see what true martial arts power is.
